The Soft Skills and employability skills worshop was conducted from 17/11/2025 to 24/11/2025 by trainer Unnati Jain from Magic Bus Reliance Foundation to enhance the interpersonal, communication, and professional development skills of students. The main objective of the workshop was to equip participants with essential behavioural traits required for workplace success, including teamwork, leadership, time management, and effective communication. The trainer highlighted the importance of clear communication, active listening, and positive body language. Activities included group discussions, role plays, and presentations to help students practice effective communication. Students were engaged in team-building exercises that emphasized collaboration, trust, and leadership qualities. The activities enabled students to understand different leadership styles and the importance of shared responsibility. Students gained confidence, improved their communication abilities, and developed better teamwork and leadership skills. They also learned the importance of discipline, attitude, and professionalism in the workplace.
